If you have a pre-booked appointment, you will be contacted by telephone instead. If you no longer require contact with a GP you can leave a message on our cancellation line to cancel this.

URGENT CONTACT WITH A GP MUST BE REQUESTED BY ECONSULT ONLY. DUE TO AN INCREASED WORKLOAD, AND A REDUCTION IN STAFFING RESOURCES – SOUTH VIEW PARTNERSHIP WILL RESPOND TO YOUR ECONSULT BY THE END OF THE NEXT WORKING DAY.

Only patients who have been clinically triaged and need to be seen by a GP will be invited in for an appointment at the surgery, alternatively you may be offered an appointment at a HUB Clinic. Please note – appointments may be managed by telephone or video consultations.

PLEASE USE OUR ONLINE SERVICES – PATIENT ACCESS OR THE NHS APP (with the NHS APP you can verify your own ID) for use to request REPEAT Medication. Please ensure you nominate a pharmacy as you can no longer collect prescriptions in person from the surgery.
