IMPORTANT PATIENT INFORMATION – PATIENTS MUST NOT ATTEND THE SURGERY.

If you have a pre-booked appointment, you will be contacted by telephone instead. If you no longer require contact with a GP you can leave a message on our cancellation line to cancel this.

URGENT CONTACT WITH A GP MUST BE REQUESTED BY ECONSULT ONLY. DUE TO AN INCREASED WORKLOAD, AND A REDUCTION IN STAFFING RESOURCES – SOUTH VIEW PARTNERSHIP WILL RESPOND TO YOUR ECONSULT BY THE END OF THE NEXT WORKING DAY.

Only patients who have been clinically triaged and need to be seen by a GP will be invited in for an appointment at the surgery, alternatively you may be offered an appointment at a HUB Clinic. Please note – appointments may be managed by telephone or video consultations.

PLEASE USE OUR ONLINE SERVICES – PATIENT ACCESS OR THE NHS APP (with the NHS APP you can verify your own ID) for use to request REPEAT Medication. Please ensure you nominate a pharmacy as you can no longer collect prescriptions in person from the surgery.

Currently face to face appointments are in short supply. If you need advice from your GP please use the eConsult service. This will be then be reviewed by a GP and we will try and deal with your matter without the need for you to come to the surgery. How to Make an Appointment

Appointments may be booked in several ways:

Online

Patients can book appointments up to 4 weeks in advance using online services.  Match 2020 update – Due to the current situation the ability to book appointments on-line is currently suspended.

By Phone

Patients can book an appointment by calling reception on 020 8460 1945.

In Person

Patients can visit the surgery and book an appointment with the receptionist.
